Emma & Robin got married at the beautiful Stirk House on 31st January 2018, it was completely stunning from start to finish!!

The excitement before the wedding

Emma got ready in the bridal suite with all her bridesmaids and her daughter Izabella, it was a mix of calm and crazy, the Prosecco was in hand to help calm any last minute nerves!

The Boys got ready downstairs, it was a bit of a squeeze in a spare room at the hotel, the boys didn’t care though, they got ready and headed down to the church where they waited for the 130 guests to arrive, it was a big big wedding, which filled the small village church so there was only standing room left.

The wedding

The ceremony was a beautiful service in the local village. Fusion Flowers made the church look stunning, white and green with loads of candles, set off the atmosphere just right. During the ceremony there was lots of laughter, heart felt speeches and even a few tears from the guests.

Emma admits that one of the favourite parts of the day was walking down the aisle with her Dad, she absolutely loved seeing everyones faces, especially seeing Robin waiting for her at the end.

“Our wedding day was beautiful; it genuinely was everything we could have hoped and wished for. It lived up to all our expectations and we’d love to do it all again”

After the ceremony

The reception was held exclusively at Stirk House.  They chose this venue because it has so many options and they could totally personalise it “We felt we had created a rustic yet elegant and intimate feel to Stirk house’s ballroom, which was completely transformed by green and white floral arrangements, wisteria canopy trees and candle light, and literary themed tables.

Most importantly it was the guests who created the memories we will hold close to our hearts. As we gazed around the room:  there was laughter, fun and love all around us. It was a pleasure to work with Stirk House, who made the whole venue feel like ‘ours’.  They were, along with other suppliers, devoted and dedicated in making it the perfect day for us.

The Couple

Emma & Robin wanted this New Years Eve to go off with a huge bang “the order of the day with all the little surprises we had in place felt exciting, there was a dress change, a champagne tower, fireworks and Iranian dancing, all of which added that extra sparkle to see the New Year in”!!

As cliché as it sounds, it really was the best day of our lives. We feel blessed with the magical feel of it all and will cherish the memories.

Emma & Robins wedding brought so much laughter and an amazing way to bring in the New Year as Mr & Mrs !!!  CONGRATULATIONS xx
